Nierman Pre-School
Recognized as the "Harvard of Pre-Schools" by the Jewish Journal, Nierman Pre-School at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center has been one of our greatest philanthropic accomplishments. Nierman Pre-School has been a force for strengthening community fabric for decades.
Nierman Challenger
The Nierman Foundation is incredibly proud of the decades-long success of the Nierman Challenger Learning Center at the Reuben H. Fleet Center in Balboa Park. The Nierman Challenger Center was the first of its kind on the West Coast, offering space simulations for thousands of school students, according to center.
Other Philanthropic Endeavors
Jim Nierman has served on various charitable boards and committees including the Endowment Leadership Institute, the Marty Klitzner Memorial Fund, the Building Community Board at La Jolla Country Day, and United Jewish Federation's Finance and Building and Grounds committees. Jim currently serves on the Finance Committee for the Jewish Community Foundation and is President of the Nierman Foundation.
